Print: Single-sided or double-sided print with a satin finish, a double plain stitch on the edges with a side tunnel.

Flagpole: Does not include flagpole or a fastening system that can be used to secure the flag.
This is a sublimation (aka heat transfer) printed flag, in which the design is permanently dyed onto the fabric using heat and ink, allowing printing from seam to seam. Our printing partner uses the latest printing techniques to provide bright and crisp colors; it will not crack or peel like a vinyl iron-on graphic would. If the flag has a vinegar-like scent, it is likely due to the fabric treatment our printing partner uses to help dye the flag onto the fabric; it should go away after 1–2 washes. If it is still present after 2 washes, please reach out to us and we will help you correct this issue.

Washing instructions:
For a longer lasting design, always machine wash separately in cold water (max 90°F / 30°C), on gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry for the longest life. Non-chlorine bleach as needed. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.
Returns or exchanges:
Due to the nature of custom items, all of our flags are custom printed just for you; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges, even in the case of incorrect order sizing. If there are any issues with the flag (damaged in shipping, poor print quality, etc.), please feel free to message us so we can help.
Production & shipping:
Please allow 7–10 business days once you receive your tracking number to receive your item. If you have any issues at all with your item, please let us know so we can make sure that you’re happy with your new flag.
