Printing process:
This hat uses direct-to-film printing; the design is printed onto a transfer film and heat-pressed onto the fabric, resulting in vivid color and a smooth finish. Slight variations in placement are normal and part of the printing process.

Due to monitor and device differences, colors and design placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen; minor shifts in alignment are within standard production tolerances.
Washing instructions:
Spot clean or hand wash cold when needed; reshape and air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry. If ironing is required, use low heat and avoid direct contact with the printed area.
Returns or exchanges:
Due to the nature of custom items, all of our hats are custom embroidered just for you; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with the hat (damaged in shipping, poor print quality, etc.), please feel free to message us so we can help.
Production & shipping:
