RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of personalized items, all of our water bottles are custom printed just for you; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with the bottle (damaged in shipping, poor print quality, etc.), please feel free to message us so we can help.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:
After placing your order, your candle will take 24–48 hours to print. You will receive your tracking information when it is available, but it may take up to 72 hours to leave the production facility where it was printed from. If you’ve selected Standard Shipping, you should have it within 2–5 business days after it has been shipped. If you have any issues at all with your item, please let us know so we can make sure that you're happy with your water bottle! :)
