Please note:

Because the design is applied to clear glass, lighter areas may appear translucent. Minor variations in color and detail are normal for glass printing and add to each ornament’s unique character.

Printing process:

Your artwork is printed directly onto the glass surface for a clean, lasting finish. The print is visible from one side and may appear slightly transparent or grainy.

Care instructions:

Handle with care & store safely when not in use. Wipe gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to remove dust or fingerprints. Avoid drops and harsh cleaners to preserve clarity and finish.

Production & shipping:

Please allow 7–10 business days once you receive your tracking number for your ornament. If you have any issues at all with your item, please let us know so we can make sure that you’re happy with your new ornament! :)

Returns or exchanges:

Due to the nature of custom items, all of our ornaments are printed just for you; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with the ornament (damaged in shipping, poor print quality, etc.), please feel free to message us so we can help.
