Printing process:

Your design is printed directly onto the glass surface for a clear, durable result. The image is visible from one side and slightly transparent depending on color saturation.

Please note:

Because each piece is printed on clear glass, lighter colors may appear translucent. Small variations in placement or color are normal and expected.

Care instructions:

Handle with care. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or fingerprints. Avoid dropping or using abrasive materials to maintain clarity and finish.

Production & shipping:

Please allow 7–15 business days once you receive your tracking number for your ornament. If you have any issues at all with your item, please let us know so we can make sure that you’re happy with your new ornament! :)

Returns or exchanges:

Due to the nature of custom items, all of our ornaments are printed just for you; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with the ornament (damaged in shipping, poor print quality, etc.), please feel free to message us so we can help.
