Dress printing process:

This item is made through an all-over print (AOP) dye-sublimation process, which will not crack or peel like a vinyl iron-on graphic would. The design is dyed directly onto the fabric so you will not feel any bumps or rubbery portions like a graphic t-shirt may have. If the garment has a vinegar-like scent, it is likely due to the fabric treatment the printer uses to help dye the ink permanently onto the fabric; it should go away after 1–2 washes. If it is still present after 2 washes, please reach out to us and we will help you correct this issue.

Washing instructions:

Machine wash: cold (max 90°F or 30°C). Do not bleach; Do not dry clean; Do not iron. Tumble dry on low heat.

Size:

The skater dress that you’ve ordered is a women’s fitted size. For a more relaxed look, order 1–2 sizes larger. Not sure which size to buy? See the size chart below for measurements.

Returns or exchanges:

Due to the nature of custom items, all of our dresses are custom printed just for you; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges, even in the case of incorrect order sizing. If there are any issues with the shirt (damaged in shipping, poor print quality, etc.), please feel free to message us so we can help.

Production & shipping:

Please allow 7–10 business days once you receive your tracking number to receive your item. If you have any issues at all with your item, please let us know so we can make sure that you’re happy with your new dress! :)
