Printing Process:

Dye-sublimation print is permanent and won’t crack or peel. A mild scent may be present and fades after 1–2 washes; contact us if it persists.

Washing Instructions:

• Hand washing is recommended to extend the quality of the blanket.
• Machine wash cold (max 90°F or 30°C).
• Tumble dry on low heat.
• Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.

Production & shipping:

Please allow 7–10 business days once you receive your tracking number.

Returns or exchanges:

Due to the nature of custom items, all of our blankets are printed just for you; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges, even in the case of incorrect order sizing. If there are any issues with the item (damaged in shipping, poor print quality, etc.), please feel free to message us so we can help.
