Due to the nature of custom items, all of our air fresheners are custom printed just for you; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges, even if there are typos in the design proof that you have approved. If there are any issues with the item (damaged in shipping, poor print quality, etc.), please feel free to message us so we can help.
