Can I get my identity or flag on a product?
Yes. Every product can be customized for any identity, and our custom listings let you add the flag you want. If it isn't on the site yet, we'll create it.
How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 3 to 10 business days (umbrellas about 15), then shipping is added on top. We ship to the USA and Canada; more countries are available on our Etsy shop on request.
